Anyone is welcome: Please do not feel as if you will need to get in shape before you can attend. We will work with you to help you become more FIT.

Hands-on Personal Training: Trainer will be present to work with you through each and every session. Our trainers will assist you in every aspect of the workouts.

Small Group Sessions: Bootcamp classes will be limited in numbers to allow for trainers to give more personal attention to each student.

3 Morning Per Week: Classes will be scheduled for 3 one hour sessions per week. Classes will be held Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. (If there is interest, we may start Tuesday and Thursday classes. 2 days per week.)

Indoor / Outdoor workouts: We do not have to worry about the elements. We will be training indoors and utilizing the outdoors as necessary. Or when weather is nice.

CrossFit of Naperville is a Functional Fitness Facility. We will not isolate muscle groups, our exercises will make you better at what you do everyday. Whether you are a soccer player or a soccer mom.

Come and work out with other individuals that care about your journey in fitness.
